We transformed this office space by removing the existing kitchen and internal walls to create an open, modern layout that enhances functionality. The project included the installation of three stylish toilets for staff and a private executive toilet, featuring a smart Japanese toilet & a bespoke feature wall that adds a touch of luxury and individuality. We also designed and built a dedicated ablution area and prayer space, both finished to an exceptional standard. Every detail was carefully considered to deliver a refined, high-quality workspace that balances practicality with contemporary design.
Clayton-Le-Willows
This project involved a complete redesign of a bungalow’s layout, where we maximised the available space to create an extra room for the client. The property underwent a full refurbishment, transforming it from old to new throughout. We also constructed a 4x7m rear kitchen extension, providing a bright and functional new space. To complete the project, the rear garden was fully revamped with fresh turf and stylish Indian stone paving, giving the home a modern finish inside and out.
Blackpool, Bloomfield Central - Tenpin Bowling
The site was formerly a cinema and contained numerous large voids and pits that required infilling prior to Tenpin Bowling commencing their fit-out. Working to a strict deadline, we installed over 400m² of 140mm concrete blockwork to provide structural support for the timber decking. In addition, more than 1,900m² of 38mm Stretboard was glued and nailed to the face of the joists, creating a robust, heavy-duty suspended floor system
This project involved the construction of a rear kitchen extension, with energy efficiency placed at the heart of the design. We implemented enhanced thermal measures to ensure the space remained warm, comfortable, and cost-effective to run all year round.
To achieve this, we installed high-performance triple glazing, insulated plasterboard, increased PIR insulation within the ceiling & a warm deck fibreglass roof. While energy-efficient infrared heating and underfloor heating provide consistent, controllable warmth throughout the space.
The result is a bright, open extension that maximises natural light without compromising on energy performance — delivering long-term savings and everyday comfort for the client.
This project was completed for a client’s rental property and focused on maximising both durability and long-term value. We constructed a rear kitchen extension and fully revitalised the front and rear gardens to significantly enhance the property’s appeal.
With longevity in mind, every element was built to withstand the demands of rental use delivering a low-maintenance, hard-wearing finish that will continue to perform for years to come.
